JOB MISSION:
We’re looking for an Affiliate and Partnership Lead within the EMEA Direct to Consumer organization headquartered in Houthavens in Amsterdam and working across all the EMEA websites. Reporting into the Ecommerce Marketing Manager EMEA and managing one direct report as well as two agencies, the role is responsible for growing and nurturing affiliate relationships creating successful and long-lasting partnerships to exceed the Ecommerce targets.
As Affiliate and Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for the EMEA affiliate channel’s optimization and growth. You will own the affiliate and partnership roadmap and the relationships both with the partners and with the affiliate networks. We are looking for a commercial marketeer; someone who is data-driven and results orientated and takes a proactive approach in finding creative ways to generate leads and conversions.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manage Affiliate partnerships, from commercial negotiations to campaign execution, ensuring results towards setting up KPIs.
Manage the Affiliate Marketing and the PR Agency, review weekly reports, and take actions based on those insights
Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners.
Develop and monitor affiliate promotions, ensuring the best site placements and maximum exposure for maximum return.
Collaborating with Trading, Operations, Analytics, and CRM teams to integrate ecommerce priorities into the affiliate strategy.
Testing, reporting, optimizing, and analysing channel performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements.
Collaborating with Global Ecommerce and Regional Brand Marketing teams to align on the right content to push, for the right audiences.
Optimising product feeds tailored to the affiliate’s needs.
Working closely with the affiliate networks.
Working closely with the design team to brief and request campaign materials.
Drive innovation and top industry best practices to the channel.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
5+ years of experience directly managing affiliate partnerships.
Experience working with affiliate networks.
Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools (e.g. GA360)
Experience working with product feeds.
Excellent presentation skills, ability to communicate your ideas and convince an audience using data and visual storytelling.
Agile and proactive, ability to respond to changing market conditions and consumer behaviour
Fluency in English, and other European languages are an advantage
Clear understanding of, and passion for, sneaker/fashion/youth culture and sports and a natural brand guardian
