As an E-commerce Business Analyst, you will drive insights and connecting customer, sales, web analytics and logistics-data to optimize decisions. You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work. Maximizing OMNI profitable net sales, customer base, customer experience and day-to-day sales operations in your e-com markets. Planning, forecasting, and following up on selling in sales market together with commercial leads and sales market management.

This is a full-time position based in Singapore. You will become a part of the E-commerce team and report directly to the Head of Ecommerce & Visual Merchandising – Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines.
