Role Summary Core Responsibilities Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their teammates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are: Receives all order shipments into the HUB and notifies all individuals accordingly; paying close attention to item correctness and dates if applicable. Perform daily restocking of all storage areas for the zones of oversight, being mindful to rotate product. This is to include delivery of items from central warehouse to remote locations across all relevant zones. Ensure that all storage and warehouse areas are properly tidying – e.g., sweeping and mopping the hub floor, and ensuring all areas of the warehouse are organized, consulting with other departments (e.g., IT) as needed. Breaking down cardboard and taking trash out. Clean and maintain vehicles and equipment used in course business. Perform buying duties when necessary. Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications. Would require establishment of a requisition system. Other duties throughout the property as needed. Deliver packages to designated personnel throughout the property. Assist with quarterly inventory counts if necessary. Required Qualifications Clerical – Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. English Language – Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Mathematics – Knowledge of basic arithmetic Administration and Management – Knowledge of basic business principles involved in resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Computers and Electronics – Knowledge of basic Windows Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel and Outlook. Lifting of 100lbs or more may be required. Ability to stand for 4 or more hours at a time. Education: On-the-job experience, or an associate’s degree.
