Roles and Responsibilities:
Facilitating the team in organising, preparation and execution of various tasks at the event site.
Implementing the protocols and policies efficiently
Ensuring the heath and safety as well as Fire Safety guidelines are followed properly
Ensuring the event premises is clean and well-organised
Resolving the customers queries
Responsible for timely check and maintenance at the designated facility
Coordinating with the other team members effectively.
Checking the inventory before and after the event.
