What You Will Be Doing
Daily customer contact with members (mainly by telephone, e-Mails and chat)
Advising and handling customer inquiries about the resorts and regarding booking of holiday apartments
Advising and selling various additional (touristic) holiday offers as well as the investment products (shares)
What You Bring To The Job
Completed vocational training, e.g. hotel management or/and commercial school/field or/and sales
First experience in customer and guest relations, ideally with telephone (travel) consulting
Career changers are welcome, as long as language skills are fulfilled
Proofed handling of various computer programs and applications
Service- and team oriented working style with the aim to support and satisfy our customers at any time
Customer-oriented activity accustomed to sales, reception, reception or catering or similar
Pleasure in mostly telephone activity consulting (no call center function)
Travel RequirementsOccasional visits or business trips from Winterberg to Zug/CH
