• Responsible for day-to-day management of all aspects of customer service.
• Attend inbound enquiries, requests and feedbacks and e-mails.
• Work with overseas relocation team to ensure high standard of service being delivered.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 1-2 year of “hunter” sales experience.
• Excellent sales track record, strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work with all levels of people with diverse backgrounds.
• At least N2 JLPT proficiency
