Tri-Cap Consulting Pte Ltd Hiring for Senior Manager/AVP/VP – Investor Relations & Capital Markets at Singapore Full Time
Reporting to the CEO directly, you will be developing and managing a high-quality investor relations programme, one that is recognised by institutional investors, retail investors and research analysts. You will work very closely with the senior management to ensure that consistent messages are delivered to stakeholders.
You will primarily be responsible in conveying strong, consistent and well-understood messages about the company’s vision and strategy. You will create a sustainable communications strategy and undertake all communications in line with international best practice and relevant market regulations. You will coordinate and improve internal processes to ensure effective communications with external audiences. You will undertake and co-ordinate the timely production of high-quality annual report in compliance with regulatory disclosure, organising conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings etc.
You will also be responsible for monitoring research analysts’ forecast on an ongoing basis, comparison with the internal estimates and guide market expectations as appropriate, monitoring and reviewing analyst reports and highlight any key issues for discussion. You will analyse and present financial trends, competitor behaviour or any other issues which will impact he company. You will provide insights on market activity and develop and maintain a network of capital markets participants relationships etc.
Requirements:
You are degree qualified with at least 8 years of relevant experience in an Investor Relations/Equities Capital Markets and or Corporate Finance experience with a Listed Company.
You are a high energy individual with the ability to multi-task.
You possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills and managing stakeholders of different levels.
You are highly numerical and possess a can-do spirit.
