POSITION SUMMARY:
The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring timely and effective implementation of all Company policies, procedures, and activities involved in assuring the quality of products.
Reporting out of our facility, the QA Supervisor will be instrumental in driving cross functional teamwork and collaboration, especially as it relates to Operations, Quality Control, Human Resources, and Compliance functions.
By leading a team of Quality Assurance Specialists, this role will support the growth and development of the QA team, and each employees’ ability to maintain product quality, identify, solve, and prevent issues from occurring, while also helping our internal teams to maximize productivity, and comply with regulatory requirements. This role will be critical in driving continuous improvements throughout our four walls, while also allowing Spectrum to sustain an ‘audit ready’ culture each day.
