Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing or PR communication
• 5 yrs exp in Office operation and assist Marketing manager exp
• At least 2 yrs supervision or managerial
• Presentable an excellent in communication with client and problem solving technique, preferably in online shopping industry
• Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Responsibilities:

• Support the daily duties performed by Deputy GM (Marketing & Operation)
• Build close relationships with the Council Members in support of the Association’s events
• Prepare monthly attendance reports for management reviews
• Issue public notices to customers on monthly meetings or official holidays
• Facilitate the onsite training to staffs according to staff handbook and HQ SOP
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Double pay, year end bonus (few months), 14 days AL, medical allowance
