As a Staff Nurse (Home Care), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Assessing patients’ condition and implement nursing care plan.
Performing nursing procedures in patient’s home such as wound dressing and management, removal of stitches, venepuncture, changing of urinary catheter, NGT feeding and etc.
Ensuring continuity of treatment plans for home care patients.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures carried out and medications dispensed.
Participate in any training programmes
Train and guide the junior staffs
Provide training and education to the caregivers
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing and be registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
Candidate who possess Advanced Diploma in Gerontology or Palliative care is an advantage.
