As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Process purchase order, quotation and invoices
Assist in processing of orders and follow up with customer
Coordination between sales department and production team
Ensures Production team understands customer requirements.
Issues material requisition forms.
Coordinates shipment documentation.
Organizes and maintains reference files.
Working with Accounts Department to follow up on payment
Compiles the monthly sales report.
Any other ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O levels or equivalent
Possess at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
