The work schedule for this position is:

Incumbent serves as a Management Analyst within the Consular Section, providing guidance and recommendations on resource allocation and funds expenditures for Mission-wide consular operations. Incumbent is the primary liaison with the Mission Financial Management Center (FMC), Human Resources (HRO), General Services Office (GSO) and International Cooperative Administration Support System (ICASS). Incumbent has significant reporting and financial management responsibilities and is personally responsible for managing various special projects. The role requires an unusual mix of managerial, interpersonal and analytical skills. The position is high profile and challenging, requiring commitment, sensitivity and effective communication skills.
