About the Supply Chain Department
The Supply Chain Management Department consists of a team of a Senior Warehouse Coordinator, 2 Logistics Coordinators, 1 Supply Chain Planner and a Team Lead SCM. The SCM department takes care of continuous demand of purchase orders and logistics within Ampelmann Operations in a cost and time efficient way. The challenge of the SCM department is to provide a 100% traceability and visibility of all requirements within Ampelmann Operations B.V.
Your role as Jr. Warehouse Coordinator
As a Jr. Warehouse Coordinator you are a proactive spider in the web of logistics. You follow established procedures to optimize the service to our internal customers. Together with a great team you will arrange a perfect work environment to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods. Provide 100% reliable shipments, new built tool containers and stock card. You will work under direct supervision of the Senior Warehouse Coordinator that will aid you to develop and grow further in the world of Supply Chain.
Storage and dispatching of parts
Updating stock cards and inventory records; completing receipt, transfer, delivery and dispatch forms
Administration of order lists in the warehouse management system
Quality control, check incoming good for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices
Follow QHSE guidelines and procedures
A vocational degree (MBO)
1 – 3 years working experience
Ability to work autonomously and flexible
Good team player and willing to help his/her colleagues
Excellent administrative skills
Pro-active and self-motivated
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English

Monthly gross salary between EUR 1866 – EUR 2665 based on your experience.
