We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our Internship program in the United States.
The Talent Acquisition team provides a strong talent pipeline and delivers talent for job openings at Amway. We deliver this talent while providing the best possible experience for our candidates and hiring managers. We manage the hiring process from the initial strategy session, through the posting and interviews, all the way to offer negotiation and acceptance.
This is a small but high-performing team, our recruiters typically manage up to 20 open requisitions and project work. This role reports to the Supervisor of Talent Acquisition, who will invest in your development and assist you in overcoming obstacles.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our internship program, you’ll help Amway by leading our recently redesigned Internship Program. We want you to be the face of the program as we welcome 50-100 interns per year to our campuses in Ada, MI and Buena Park, CA, and virtually.
You will be helping to define and execute the attraction strategy, posting positions, entering candidate data, writing offer letters, and delivering offer packages to new interns. Our internship recruiting plan will leverage a variety of digital platforms to reach potential interns, build relationships, and guide them through the process of interning at Amway. This is NOT a role where you will be standing in front of a booth at a college career fair for hours on end, over and over, hoping that someone comes to talk with you.
This will not be a solo effort – you will work in concert with several individuals:
This key role will offer a wide variety of exposures, providing a platform for continued growth in recruitment, program management, and stakeholder management, as well as a very cohesive team that executes recruiting strategies with velocity. There will be minimal travel in this role.
