A retail and e-commerce company is looking for an experience NetSuite Administrator to take full ownership of the system. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced high growth environment. Their primary business is in the e-commerce space. They pride themselves on delivering a high quality product without the high price. This would be the company’s first designated NetSuite hire with the hope that this person can build out a team beneath them.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the companies NetSuite system. You will be responsible for troubleshooting all transactions within NetSuite and other company systems.

Duties:

• Maintaining and Improve NetSuite system
• Create saved searches data imports/exports
• Generation of reports
• Prioritize activities to best align with business needs
• Understand internal processes and how they will interact with NetSuite
• Create unique network suited to business needs
• Assist in transitioning existing practices to NetSuite

Qualifications:

• Direct NetSuite experience as an administrator or consultant
• Experience converting business practices
• Ability to work with multiple teams within a company
• Work in the financial sector a plus
