Make a career out of better decisions
Join Aon as a graduate and propel your career with us. Develop your professional skills and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Our 24-month Graduate Programme is designed to develop high performers so they can grow and potentially lead our business in the future.
In this graduate programme, you will be exposed to all aspects of our business through four job rotations (6-month cycle), participating in consulting and advisory for Commercial Risk, Health Solutions and Wealth Solutions.
Aon’s Commercial Risk Solutions provides clients with the clarity and confidence they need to pursue their ambition by solving their risk needs. Through the identification, measurement and management of risk exposure – we help clients to protect and grow their businesses. Uncertainty has become the new constant in a world that is increasingly volatile and where new business models are rising and falling at an ever-increasing speed. Risks are more interdependent than ever before, and with this complexity comes a pressing need for businesses to make important decisions more often.
In your Commercial Risk rotation, you will be part of a team that provides advice covering markets and strategic considerations, such as identification, measurement and management of risk exposure. You will be part of teams that manage and service clients to ensure its financial sustainability and growth, as well as have an overview of day-to-day account management including claims, filing and administration. Together with the teams in your rotation, you will also have opportunities to identify and assess risks relating to clients’ operations and translate them into tailored insurance and service solutions based on their needs and requirements.
Aon’s Health Solutions help companies improve employee health and wellbeing while managing costs.
As we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, the health and wellbeing of employees is top of mind for employers, with many looking for ways to enhance their benefits programs. With inflation and rising costs, employers are faced with the challenge of balancing those costs and employee wellbeing.
In your Health solutions rotation, you will be part of teams that delivers leading benefit analytics solutions to multinational clients. You will have opportunities to develop and deliver these solutions based on medical claims and other health & wellness data to key clients and be exposed to benchmark and design benefit programs across APAC programs using data and evidence-based approach (e.g. medical & risk insurances, employee perquisites and allowances, expatriate benefits).
Aon’s Wealth Solutions help employers, fiduciaries and investment officers optimize results and provide a more secure future for their stakeholders. In your Wealth solutions rotation, you will be part of a team that develops innovative solutions for the challenges surrounding current design for Health, Retirement, Savings, Investments, Benefits and Financial Wellbeing for our clients. You will have opportunities to work with the team on quantitative analysis such as performance data, peer group analysis, regression analysis, summary views, portfolio holdings analysis and research ratings.
