Position: Admin Assistant
HR Responsibilities:
Liaison with MOM for all Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation
Liaison with Training Centre for workers’ courses (New and Renewal)
Updating of Workers’ P-File and ensure all certificate, contract and etc. are updated into the server, alongside a hard copy is file into their P-File.
. Purchase PCP for all Foreign workers and staff.
. To check workers’ Monthly Timesheet via Infotech
Undertake any other ad-hoc work as assigned
Administrative Responsibilities:
Assist to setup email / Infotech for all new on-board staff.
Assist to troubleshoot IT problem (email / dropbox / infotech)
Backup email
Assist Finance to key Invoices into systems (about 10%)
To cover Receptionist duties when on sick leave and annual leave
Undertake any other ad-hoc work as assigned.
Requirements:
N / O Level or ITE
Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
Prefer with basic IT knowledge
Positive Working Attitude
Fresh Graduate is welcome
Working Location:
Tuas, will shift to Sembawang in year 2023 after Chinese New Year
