Job Scope & Purpose:

Our Cambridge based client is looking for a dynamic Director of Site Operations to join their growing facilities team. The incumbent will be responsible for the oversight and management of the company’s site, facilities organization and long-term real estate strategy. Applicants should have previous experience with building infrastructure maintenance, lab management, environmental health and safety, shipping and receiving, reception and visitor management, day porting and moving services, and building security programs. Primary Job Requirements:?

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 8-10 years’ minimum required. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple requests, be responsive to customer requests/service issues, meet deadlines and make sound decisions, sometimes under stress
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong ability to influence key stakeholders, drive change and achieve support for new initiatives
• Experience in attracting, developing, and motivating, and retaining people in the right roles
• Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet required deadlines
