JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for competitive, self-motivated individuals who have the drive to succeed and contribute to our next level of growth. This position is the main point of contact for contractors at certain key clients in regards to hours worked and contract length. They will coordinate with Employee Services as it relates to benefits and pay issues. In addition this position is responsible for lead generation in regards to future opportunities at specific clients. The goal is to be the best when it comes to Customer Service for contractors.
Manage and increase replacement of current CE’s and our competitors CE’s,
Coordinate with recruiters and candidates in the onboarding process
Help with New Hire paperwork/Compliance
Tracking and reporting of client data
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A self-starter with a high sense of urgency and a strong will to be the best
Process and Solution oriented
Experience with Excel
Ability to build strong relationships
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with solid documentation skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Be energetic and enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude
