Apex Systems has an immediate contract to hire opening for an experienced Desktop Support Specialist.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Senior IT Support Specialist will provide elevated technical assistance to the client’s USA employees. In this role, the Specialist will ensure optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, securing data, managing projects and enforcing change management practices. He/she will also be required to advise on IT equipment upgrades and solution options.
