JOB SUMMARY AND REQUIREMENTS: Our great client in Madison, WI has an immediate need for a contract-to-hire remote Sr. Agile Project Manager. If you are interested please apply with resume to

Application environment supporting in-house full stack web applications. This PM will be interfacing with 9-10 independent scrum teams (SM’s dedicated to these teams). Offshore, Deloitte, and Cap Gem all integrated into this development work.

Backfill for someone that didn’t work out. Person needs to be high energy, and a driver. This is an aggressive, fast and demanding environment, and person needs to be proactive, and action oriented.

• Agile/Scrum – need to be solid here. Velocity, story points, understand dependencies of multiple independent scrum teams
• No just a sit back and watch PM – needs to be technically integrated into the teams and details, impacts to scope, resources capacity, risks etc…
• Should have conceptual understanding of full stack environment (front end, integration layer, backend etc….)

Must Haves:
Agile/Scrum experience – enterprise level (multiple SM teams)
Seasoned Agile PM, direct experience with full implementation and running Agile shop
JIRA
Driving mentality and management style

Plus:
Insurance industry experience (however, if this means sacrificing on the must-haves, not important)
Location – EST hours
