Job Scope & Purpose:
Our Newton/Watertown based client is seeking a candidate and exceptional individual to join their growing team as Scientist/Sr. Scientist. The candidate will develop synthesis and purification of modified oligonucleotides (ASO, siRNA) for drug discovery programs. Successful candidates will have significant experience with solid phase chemical synthesis (oligonucleotide or peptide), conjugation, HPLC purification, and LC-MS analysis. Expertise operating oligonucleotide synthesis equipment and HPLC is required; experience using LCMS is preferred.
