JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will serve as a solution leader for our Support Service Centers (SSC) practice, perform as a technical leader, director-level, for multiple consulting engagements with our clients, and act as a consultant to current and prospective accounts, to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. This position involves practice leadership, solution offering development, client relationship building, executive level communications/presentations, client services, as well as scoping and estimating new engagements. This role will be our resident tools and technologies expert as related to our SSC offerings and capabilities.
