Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator at our National Support Center, located in south Denver, Colorado, that can provide fast and useful technical assistance, responsible for providing general support to our corporate and field employees. Candidate will be familiar with the duties of a Windows administrator, maintenance and support of a Windows enterprise environment. Candidate will be familiar with Azure Active Directory and associated security controls such as MFA, conditional access policies, O365 based email and email routing and Tier 3 support for Windows client-side and back end environments.
Candidate must have great technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively, to understand the problem and to explain its solution, in addition to documenting their resolutions within their support tickets. Must be customer-oriented, patient, and can troubleshoot issues in person or over the phone.
