ApTask Looking for Logging Architect at San Francisco, CA Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Observability and monitoring strategy architecture and plan for business units and enterprise Interface with application and infrastructure teams to develop right level of logging and monitoring. Work with DevOps and RunOps team to implement the required monitoring toolset and configurations.

Develop reports and analytics for application and infrastructure monitoring.

Provide thought leadership and training to the teams in the area of observability logging and monitoring

Skills and Experience:

Requirements Experience in defining Observability strategy and Roadmap for organizations and enterprises.

Experience with designing and implementing logging and monitoring infrastructure and toolset.

Must have hands on experience with Log management and ELK Stack Elastic Search Logstash Kibana.

Must have experience with management and dashboard configuration on Splunk.

Must have experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform cloud Experience and knowledge of Monitoring tools like App Dynamics Dynatrace would be preferred.

Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.

Experience with IAC tools Terraform CloudFormation ARM Exposure to AIOps and tool like Big Panda would be an add on.

Leadership and mentoring skills are mandatory to lead diverse global architecture teams.

Qualifications and Certifications: Proven experience in IT application development or DevOps including excellent knowledge of networking computing and storage

Background in Software Development Software Validation or Systems Engineering Industry certification in cloud services solutions preferred
