Responsibilities:

• Ability to oversee project engagements across websites & applications (large, medium & small), mobile and tablet apps, and other technology hardware and software integrations.
• Must be able to fully synthesize and process project requirements across all facets of the lifecycle.
• Fully accountable for the forward progression of client engagements of key projects with little to no oversight.
• Must be able to lead client level discussions instilling strong confidence with client and team members driving conclusive next steps against project objectives in an efficient and streamlined manner.
• Ability to identify project risks across all consideration points balancing the interests of the organization and client before they are evident.
• Must be able to strongly negotiate project requirements with client and dev partners in the best interest of the organization without sacrificing client satisfaction.
• Must be able to create thorough and complete documentation against project requirements in written and visual format to be used in RFP responses, proposals, statements of work, and feature set specifications (as well as technical requirements in conjunction with technology team).
• Ability to successfully negotiate between clients and partners across finances, requirements, schedule and other discussion points.
• Accountable for day-to-day oversight of assigned projects fully driving them forward at a tactical level managing dev teams, client, and task list.
• Must be able to apply strong project methodology (scheduling, resourcing, task management, communication, etc) to every project, consistently and effectively.
• Accountable for client satisfaction across projects under your purview.
• Accountable for both revenue and profitability within all accounts and projects under your purview.
• Fully accountable for the management of budget and schedule across all projects under your purview.
• Fully responsible for administrative tasks related to your projects, such as allocation management, timesheet overview and reporting.
• Must successfully manage a multi-disciplined team fostering a positive, high-throughput environment and providing professional growth.
• Ability to manage team allocations balancing project needs and priorities accounting for business objectives and client satisfaction.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills on both formal and informal levels
• Assumes for a mastery level capability of all project manager requirements.

Requirements:

• Commitment to client excellence and continuous improvement.Expert in strategy implementation and delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Expert in managing delivery teams across different time zones.
• Deep knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods.
• Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Proven track record of getting things done within a fast-paced, changing environment.
