As a Sales and Operations Analyst, you enable growth by connecting and integrating Sales & Supply Planning holistically.
In this role your key areas of focus will be reporting, managing operations of the sales team, finding and measuring relevant KPIs and consequently finding areas for improvement.
To be successful, understanding the business is key. As this role grows in complexity, we will expect for you to propose business improvements and new ways for helping other areas.
Your responsibility will include determining appropriate methods to gather information by observing workflows and deliver the required analysis, supporting effective decision-making process.
Ultimately, you will work with our leaders and managers to provide ways our organization can improve efficiency and reach our goals in less time, creating scenarios and developing tactic plans with direct business impact.
Responsibilities:
Reporting and Data management
Produce and maintain sales reports to monitor business performance, presenting and distributing data interpretations to drive alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Perform Sales Data Analysis, reviewing metrics and KPIs, interpreting and presenting data results. Develop detailed sales and revenue forecasting.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify emerging risks & opportunities and elevating issues to Director, Sales, Innovation and Operations Planning.
KPI management
Implement sales goals metrics. Assist the sales team with the annual planning process / revenue targets.
Create, monitor, and maintain Sales and Operational metrics and key performance indicators, identifying resulting risks and opportunities to help drive business decisions.
Business improvements
Proactively highlight improvement potentials and development initiatives for driving better planning process and quality across supply chain, identifying opportunities for cost savings by eliminating redundant processes or services, through automation of manual tasks. or use of technology.
Sales, Planning and Operational process optimization and enhancement, providing support to sales, finance, and marketing departments – SLAs control.
Work with managers to implement changes.
Develop plans for implementing new processes and training staff on new systems.
Help facilitate Sales and operations cycle to Ensure accountable and appropriate inputs from all sources (Sales, Demand Planning, Financial Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning & Sourcing etc.)
Sales Operations and sales Strategy
Update information in CRM (salesforce) and forecasting tool.
Ensure alignment across functions and senior management to drive business decisions.?
Lead management, Market intelligence support, Market trends. Research industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for the organization.
Prepare, lead, and document S&OP meetings
