Key Contribution Areas
Support COO and Head of Group Transformation in guiding and delivering Transform Athora initiatives
Ensure delivery of strategic elements of TA such as overall Target Operating Model
Engage in special project activities if/when required
Define and implement a framework to track and measure the quality of change and transformation initiatives.
Analyse change and transformation deliverables to ensure they meet the agreed KPIs and milestones.
Engage with Business Stakeholders to assist with embedding of framework and support them in defining quality matrix
Review project requests and validate incoming documentation incl. Business Cases.
Review project documentation incl. programme RAID, plans, resources, and financials/budgets.
Prepare presentations, board papers and reports for various project and programme boards and PMO governance boards.
Personal Capabilities Required
Ability to help shape and further develop Transform Athora objectives and plans
Fully understand overarching strategic drivers behind Athora’s change programmes
Experience and facility working with senior business stakeholders
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to win commitment from others.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative with a highly flexible attitude, whilst maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
Good time management and the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
Self-motivated – Takes an enthusiastic approach and is able to work under own initiative without need for close supervision to achieve results
