Job description:

Atlas Residential, a US base real estate company looking to hire a full time acquisition manager. 

The acquisition manager’s mission is to qualify leads that are ready to sell their home now. 

After receiving leads from our various marketing channels you will be working with sellers that showed some interest in selling their home and qualify them for a cash offer. 

Acquasition manager will conduct 60-80 follow up calls and texts every day.

• Take imperfect action
• Ability to absorb rejection during phone calls and move on.

• Fluent english. Native American level is a must.

• At least 6 month experience on the phone. 

Compensation:

• Base Salary 
• Commission per deal 
• High quarterly bonus for achieving goals

On target earnings is $40,000 – $50,000K a year
