We are looking for Business Development Associates to join our team!
Bandalier’s business development role is designed to develop sales and leadership skills through training and client-facing work. Business development associates fulfill inside sales and/or customer success roles for a client (usually a tech start-up). Outreach includes cold calling, emailing, and social media prospecting to promote services and/or products, typically for technology companies. You’ll interact with others in a team environment as you are exposed to development opportunities, workshops, and sales and customer service training. After six months, our associates typically see opportunities to work in-house for their client or advance into leadership or senior client-facing roles at Bandalier.
At Bandalier, we hire the top 2% of all applicants who successfully go through our application process. We have permanently adopted a fully remote structure so you can work from home. If you prefer, we also have offices in Binghamton, NY and Richmond, KY, with a hub of local employees, so if you join the team near one of those cities, you have the option to participate in in-person events as well as to utilize an office space at your discretion.
