Role Description:
“This role is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join the dynamic Equity Transaction Services space. Our team provides support to various Equity & Swaps Trading Desks who trade across global markets for EMEA based clients. The role involves facing off with many different business lines, gaining exposure to a multitude of systems.
You will have the opportunity to play a key role supporting our Sales Trading Desks as well as working closely with our back office settlement teams and Client Relationship Managers. The team deals primarily with the booking, allocation and confirmation of cash equity trades executed with our institutional client base.
Additional responsibilities will include managment through various projects/initiatives impacting the business, facing off to the Front Office, dealing with queries, handling priority clients to make sure benchmarks are met, ensuring periodic functions are performed in strict accordance with timelines and checklists, handling inbox queries and issues, following process control standards on all tasks and duties performed.
The role requires a dedicated and analytical approach to work. Your excellent communication skills, both oral and written, will be vital; as will your skill in performing in a pressurised environment whilst maintaining accuracy.
