Salary: *Support Salary Scale 4- £21,807-£26,751 per annum, inclusive of Outer London Weighting
Contract: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum
Primary Location: You will be based at one of the main campuses, but will be expected to travel to any of the main campuses

The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide confidential and intensive corporate/curriculum and cross college administrative support to the Executive Team. They will actively support members of the Executive Team to ensure the efficient preparation, operation and achievement of deadlines for the variety of tasks required of them including routine, regular and complex tasks. The Executive Administrative Assistant will prepare data to deliver reports under the supervision of the Executive Officer presentations and detailed returns to the variety of agencies with whom the college works.
The role includes Assisting with administration of the corporate/curriculum and cross college which includes HE and T Levels, and to assist with guidance across the College including liaison with the Office for Students, partner HEIs, the HE Manager, Principal, Chief Executive Officer, Head of Centre, Curriculum Managers and HE Course Leaders. Assisting and support students, Course Leaders, Customer Services and Finance in the securing of loans from the Student Loan Company and Franchise contracts and monitor and oversee the efficient operation of the process to secure income to the College. Assisting with checking, preparation of fee payment to partner Higher Education Institutions to ensure accuracy and timely payment. Assisting with administrative support with T Level development.
