Main Purpose
Support Time & Attendance Project for Conosur (Harmonization of systems for Bayer and Monsanto Legal Entities – Conosur).
Key contact for leaders and time & attendance stakeholders.
Process Improvement for Time & Attendance.
Your mission will be to
Support the monthly process of Time & Attendance, contact with process stakeholders (medical services, IT, leaders, employees, HR).
Monthly data maintenance in SAP. Attendance control and payment of overtime to support the monthly process during the regional project.
Alignment and update of policies in different productive sites. New process design; support to leaders in new tools.
Participation in change management phases of the project; design and induction of leaders in a new time control tool.
Implementation of new practices and process improvements evaluating automation and digital opportunities.
