We are seeking a skilled designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work and collaboration for our global audience. As a Product Designer at Box, you’ll join a top-tier design team tasked with crafting industry-leading user experiences for a diverse global user base.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Craft intuitive design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for products and features.
Work cross-functionally with our product and engineering partners, facilitate design discussions, and ensure design quality.
Participate in the full product development process from research to shipment
Break down design problems into actionable chunks while soliciting feedback from other product designers and cross-functional partners.
Look for creative ideas inspired by analogous verticals, and inspire the team through amazing execution.
WHO YOU ARE
A designer who is looking to grow with 1+ years of meaningful design experience in product focused projects.
Experience using design thinking methods to validate and ship meaningful user experiences.
Experience participating in usability tests and design sprints
Ability to communicate design rationale and conceptual ideas
Proficiency with standard industry design and prototyping tools to convey design solutions
Ability to communicate technically with cross-functional partners
A portfolio of outstanding product work that showcases strong visual design, interaction, and typographic skills.
Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture. Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
