Job Summary:

As a Full Time Floater at Bright Home Health, you will play a crucial role in providing quality medical care to our patients. You will have the opportunity to work with various patients and families. This role requires great attendance and dependability. This is a full-time, hourly position with a compensation of $16.50 per hour, paid biweekly. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

• Work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing

• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the appropriate team members

• Complete and maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Participate in training and educational programs as required

• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

• Must pass a background check

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
