Our Client, Private Equity company based in Munich, Germany, investing in wide range of sectors – healthcare, technology, services, life sciences, infra and several others, also investing in wide range of geographies. They are seeking a talented and motivated Associate to join their team in Munich.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities that align with our strategic objectives
Assist in the evaluation and execution of potential transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, and deal structuring
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate terms, facilitate financing, and drive value creation initiatives
Monitor and manage existing investments, tracking performance metrics and implementing strategies to optimize returns
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform investment decisions and mitigate risks
Cultivate strong relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, and industry experts to source new opportunities and expand our network
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a renowned university, with consistently excellent academic credentials
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in mid-cap private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related field
Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation techniques
Experience participating in deal transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and financing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
Ambitious, resilient, and adaptable with a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation
Empathetic and culturally sensitive, with a genuine desire to understand and support the needs of diverse stakeholders
