CACI is seeking a Program Analyst to support our Program Executive Office, Aircraft Carriers. We are looking for a Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH)/or Modernization Analyst Support working for our PEO Aircraft Carriers program.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Interface with the In-Service Carrier Refueling Complex Overhaul /and or Modernization Team.
Provide administrative support to the Principle Assistant Program Manager and Deputy Principle Assistant Program Managers.
Coordinate calendar scheduling, process correspondence, prepare briefs and interface with the appropriate team members.
Develop minutes for meetings, conferences and summits, as required.
Route program correspondence
Coordinate, run, and attend meetings as required.
Track program training requirements.
Manage Commitment Tracker Databases and produce weekly reports.
Track monthly metrics.
Process and release Naval Messages. Interface with Stakeholders to develop messages for Program Manager approval.
More About the Role:
Provide comprehensive support to program Refueling Complex Overhaul and Modernization Managers in their management of area responsibilities in accordance with Aircraft Carriers.
Interface with the entire team on projects and deliverables.
Finalize correspondence for routing.
Manage Liaison Action Record (LAR) database for the Modernization Team. Serve as main point of contact.
Maintain IDE Structure, to include posting information and reports, as requested.
Provide disposition tracking for all Action Items as required, with activity/code involved in developing, or concurring in responses.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
5 years of related or applicable professional experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Ability to interface efficiently with team members and technical leads.
Possesses an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, detail-oriented, and mathematical and organization skills.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$71,500 – $150,200
