Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations in the office.
Track and monitor resource needs and other material needs for carrying administration and operation tasks.
Manage & maintain upkeep of office operations, supplies, and equipment.
Provide general administrative, logistics and sales support
Handling daily documents
Provide general administrative support to teams including but not limited to organizing meeting bookings, catering requirements, hospitality events, travel associated flights & accommodation booking, expenses management, visitors and deliveries management, and etc.
Work with external and internal stakeholders
Assist in planning and managing office events
Maintain a safe, tidy and healthy working environment
Administrative duties and tasks
Any ad hoc task allocated
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent
Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Senior role will be given to relevant experience in this field
