Requirements

‘Responsibilities:

  • Data entry in a sales related environment for documents (Eg: delivery orders, billings, FOCs etc)
  • Monitoring of machines on demo and ensure return
  • Monitoring of trade-in machines and ensure return
  • Liaise with logistics companies to ensure prompt deliveries
  • Liaise with service department to ensure prompt set up of machines
  • Track problems/complaints/discrepancies by Logistics provider
  • In charge of inventory & processing for specific models
  • Liaise with the sales staff for any documentation issues
  • Retrieval of documents for sales staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in administrative role
  • High proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Cheerful & pleasant disposition
  • Analytical and meticulous
  • Able to work under stress
  • Good team player & able to work under minimal supervision
  • Customer oriented
  • Able to perform overtime work during Month end Close Period
  • Able to start within short notice
