We are currently seeking a Finance Manager behalf of our client, an international logistics company.

Responsibilities include:
Carry out all duties in a competent and professional manner.
Run the period-end close process, ensuring all reconciliations and journals are prepared for review by the Managing Director
Prepare cashflow reporting and forecasting to ensure the business has full and early visibility of funding shortfalls and requirements for additional shareholder/bank support
Support the Managing Director in preparation of monthly Board and Bank reporting
Support the Managing Director in delivering the year-end audit process
Support the Managing Director in Financial Forecasting and Budget processes
Oversee the purchase order request process, ensuring supplier invoices are paid in line with internal requisitions, which are in turn in line with departmental budgets
Operate balance sheet control, preparing reconciliations of all key accounts including cash/web receipts, stock, bank, and other cash balances.
Processing and reporting of payroll payments and P&L expenses
Partnering closely with, and developing strong working relationships with all department leads
Oversee accounts payable through line management of, and provision of coaching and guidance to our Accounts Payable Clerk
Requirements:
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Finance Manager.
A qualified accountant with ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA etc.
Excellent communication skills.
