YOUR ROLE
Our Air Freight team based in Ireland have an exciting opportunity for an Air Operations Administrator where you will specialise in providing outstanding customer service and administration support across our air freight and hub operations across Ireland, therefore this role can be based at either our Dublin, Cork, or Shannon sites.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As the Air Operations Administrator you will be responsible for the successful execution of customer shipments where you will ensure that you meet and exceed expectations. You will maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders providing customer service and operational excellence solutions in relation to individual shipping queries or delays, highlighting critical problems to management.
You will manage and maintain relevant systems and documentation ensuring files are invoiced accurately, records are updated, and all transaction adhere to company, HMRC and Government regulations.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate must come from an air freight import or export background, determined, focused, and goes that extra mile for our customers. Experience of liaising with multiple stakeholders and customers is essential to ensuring we maintain our high standard of service.
To be successful, you will need to have previous experience in a similar role, be a strong communicator with high levels of attention to detail. Due to the fast-paced environment prioritization ability is essential, you will have a strong supportive team around you but will also need to be confident working alone.
