We are looking for call centre agents to take on a government project.

Job Description : 

• Handling of government hotlines
• Answers inquiries by clarifying, and providing information 
• Provide good customer service and patience during calls 
• Follow-up on outstanding cases by returning calls or emails
• Other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements : 

• Monday – Friday (Office Hours 8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Alternate Saturdays Commitment (8am – 1pm)

Work Location : 

• Yio Chu Kang 

Salary & Benefits : 

• Allowance of $180/Month after training
• 12 Days Annual Leaves, 14 Days Medical Leaves
• Incentives up to $200 
• Fixed Medical Allowance
• 1 Year Agency Contract
