In this position you will facilitate the Talent Acquisition process for a high performing tech company that supports a variety of government customers. You will support our Software Engineering and Cyber Security teams and be empowered to identify, engage with, and assess top tier engineers at all levels of professional experience. You will be responsible for working closely with technical directors to execute a collaborative interview/assessment process and to provide all candidates with an excellent experience regardless of whether they end up with an offer or not. Our small team executes the entire recruiting lifecycle from sourcing candidates all the way through their first day.
In addition to supporting full time hiring needs, this position will also be responsible for supporting our college recruiting efforts. We currently engage with four core schools and conduct info sessions, career fairs, on campus interviews, student club engagements, and unique development opportunities throughout the year. You won’t be responsible for all of that at all of those schools though. Each school has a sponsor from the talent acquisition team, the engineering team, and in some cases, the leadership team. Your role will be to support one of our core schools, measure the success of our program at each school, and provide logistics and coordination support for the other sponsors.
