Offering Learning & Development for All is one of CHANEL’s commitments. This role serves as Senior Manager – Learning & Development for Asia Pacific. You will drive, orchestrate, amplify the Learning and Development (L&D) agenda for our Retail and Office populations.
You’ll be part of the regional Learning & Development team (L&D) who is responsible to identify and build future leadership and core capabilities across the region (does not include product and division-specific trainings) and promote a self-directed and continuous Learning & Development Culture for All across Asia Pacific. You’ll be an individual contributor and report to the Head of Retail Learning & Development Asia Pacific and be based in Hong Kong S.A.R.
The impact you can create at CHANEL
Advance and promote the Learning & Development agenda for CHANEL’s Office and Retail employees in Asia Pacific
Ensure Learning is integrated into HR processes such as Performance and Development cycles
Participate in the definition and the mapping of CHANEL’s yearly learning content strategy
Orchestrate the implementation of the strategy in close partnership with global, regional and local stakeholders
Build strong communication & engagement plans to raise awareness about the L&D agenda and the yearly priorities
Embed change management in all activities to ensure sustainable cultural change
Define KPIs and strong assessment mechanisms to track the L&D cultural and behavioral shifts
Animate, nurture, and inspire the Learning community across the region by sharing about the future of learning (new digital tools, neurosciences…) and the importance of embedding People Development into learning practices.
Provide regular benchmarks to determine industry best practices and trends around Learning & Development
