Chevron Buenos Aires Shared Services Center is accepting online applications for the Administrative Assistant role. This position provides support for the Buenos Aires Service Center (BASSC) HR Function team and provides executive support for the HR Function Site Lead. The role manages a variety of the team´s workplace needs, helps to organize HR Function activities, supports travel and visitors, and partners with admin professionals from other functions to help support cross-functional, all-BASSC activities.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Executive Support: Assistant to the HR Site Lead in daily activities, meeting logistics/coordination, manage travel and expense reports and other administrative activities,
