Beach Attendant – Incline Village, NV

Job Overview
Beach Attendants will assist rental customers and other staff members on-site at one of our activity locations. Beach Attendants should be willing and able to lift 50lbs. if necessary and comfortable speaking to prospective walk-up customers. Beach Attendants will help set-up/break-down for the day as well as maintain a clean and organized work environment and will be responsible for re-setting boats between activities. Beach Attendants will be processing payment for sales on-site, coordinating rental activities and monitoring guests not the water.

Work Environment
Beach Attendants will always be working with a team on-site however, may be alone from time to time while a tour is in session. Beach Attendants should be self-starters and able to prepare for upcoming activities without supervision.

Schedule
Part Time (2-3 days/week)
Full Time (4-6 day/week)

Compensation
Training Rate: $12.00/hour (Nevada Based LLC)
Starting Rate: $14.00/hour – $16.00/hour

Job Qualifications
Must be fluent in English
Able to lift 50lbs.
