Role and Responsibilities:

• This role involves understanding the trading software that is used internally for booking trades and orders executed in the commodities exchange.
• Resolve any operational issue related to trade/order entry which also can involve working with commodities exchange support team.
• Work in collaboration with Software developers and provide user feedback plus communicate any enhancements requests.

Candidate Requirements:

• Knowledge of Commodities Derivatives Financial Instruments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effectively interface with both internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Project Management and Collaboration Tool and Issue Tracking Software. (Will be a plus)
• Knowledge of SQL and BI Reporting Tool (will be a plus)
