TheRecruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused recruiter to join our global recruiting organization on our Team.
The Recruiter will work with a team of recruiters, sourcers and recruiting coordinators focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development and will act as full life cycle recruiter for supported groups.
Client operates separately from the regular recruitment teams and are not aligned by a specific business unit.
The Client is focused on innovation within search and assessment across specialty projects to scale quickly. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements. Background & Experience: Worked in sourcing Software recruiting engineers, Need to have experience in recruiting for FT roles Willing ness to learn and should be able to source both tech and non-tech roles simultaneously.
Come from environments like fast paced from different org Good to have ICIMS but any ATS shall work Sourcing strategies: LinkedIn, Hired, Boolean searching, Passive sourcing strategies Preferred skills Years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting for exempt level jobs. Proven experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research. ATS experience with sourcing.
