Project & Events Coordinator
Our client, based in Limerick city, are a dynamic organisation committed to driving innovation and growth for their member organisation and are seeking to recruit an experienced Project & Events Coordinator to join their team, on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The Role:
The Project & Events Coordinator will collaborate closely with different teams within the organisation to manage projects and events efficiently. This role requires proactive communication with clients, meticulous data input, and strategic marketing efforts to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to drive initiatives forward.
Responsibilities to include:
Take ownership of projects from inception, including initiating contact and follow-up with clients
Input and maintain accurate data related to projects and events
Develop and execute marketing strategies associated with projects to maximize impact and engagement
Monitor and evaluate the success of projects and events, making necessary adjustments as needed
Provide administrative assistance for various events, including uploads to websites and communication with attendees
Assist with member engagement initiatives, including analysis and outreach
Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and onsite support
Facilitate online knowledge sessions, webinars, and conferences, including content creation as needed
Sponsored events and member engagement activities (in person and online)
Skills & Requirements that we need:
Strong writing and communication skills for effective client and internal communication
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable engaging with members and stakeholders to drive participation and collaboration
Good business acumen to understand project objectives and contribute strategic insights
CRM experience is advantageous for data management and analysis
Strong administrative skills with a methodical approach to tasks
Social media skills are a plus for amplifying project and event reach
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
Proficiency in using Zoom and other online platforms for virtual events and webinars
Familiarity with learning management systems for program delivery and content management.
The Offer:
This is a 12-month fixed term contract with competitive salary of €31,200K per annum, based on candidate’s experience. Hours of work: 24 Hours per week
