The Job:
Reporting to the Director of HR, the successful candidate will take on a full HR management role providing strategic HR support to key business units in Limerick as well as acting as part of the wider plant leadership group.
More specifically you will also be tasked with leading HR & change projects, implementing new HR processes, engaging on IR/ER issues including negotiations with unions, building relationships with key internal & external stakeholders, identifying solutions to complex HR issues & providing guidance & advice to operations management colleagues across the business.

The Offer:
This position is being offered as a permanent role with salary range depending on experience but expected to be range from the mid 80’s to upper 90’s + excellent benefits. These will include up to 15% annual bonus, pension, private health insurance, educational assistances & other minor benefits.
This role will be a hybrid mix of in-office & working from home/remote. It can also be worked as a 4 day working week.
